Realtor David Adebayo Oyenekan is the Managing Partner of Adebayo Oyenekan and Partners and the strategic force behind the firm’s position as one of Nigeria’s foremost real estate consultants. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountants, Fellow of the International Green Facilities Management body, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, and Fellow of the Chartered Auctioneers Institute, he brings a rare combination of financial governance, professional valuation, and asset management expertise to every mandate the firm accepts.
As a NAR-affiliated Realtor and Member of AEAN under NIESV, Realtor Oyenekan’s practice is anchored in globally recognised professional standards applied with an intimate understanding of Nigeria’s property market from the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway corridor and Ogun State growth belt to diaspora investment structures and institutional asset governance that Nigeria’s public and private sector clients require.
